Paulina Lagudi Ulrich (Director)

After graduating Chapman University, Paulina moved to Los Angeles to pursue her filmmaking endeavors. Aware of the extremely small percentage of female filmmakers working in Hollywood, Paulina decided this was the perfect opportunity to create her own films. Since 2015, Paulina has written and produced short films, multiple commercials / online branded content and her first feature film shot summer 2017. She has big plans to shake things up in the filmmaking community for all underrepresented individuals.


Max Landwirth (Producer)

Max Landwirth is an independent film producer and the owner of Landwirth Legacy Productions - an entertainment company for edgy, socially conscious media. Since 2015, Max has produced feature films, award-winning short films, viral public service announcements, commercials for multinational corporations, as well as educational videos for cities and school districts throughout LA county.

Alexander Day (Exec. Producer & Writer)

Alexander Day is a British-born, Los Angeles based writer and producer. He co-wrote the viral 2017 PSA, “My Heroes” that ignited a global conversation about gender stereotypes. In 2018, he worked closely with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and co-wrote “New Together,” an empathetic call to stand with refugees. With a focus on perspective-challenging narratives, Alex seeks to engage viewers in fresh and thought-provoking ways with the short film, “Dress”.

Brian Carufe (Writer)

Brian Carufe is a writer, teacher and creator based in Brooklyn, NY. His debut novel, Tainted Glass, was published in 2013. In screenwriting, he cowrote two PSAs that went viral upon release. “My Heroes: A Halloween PSA” emotionally confronts gender stereotypes, while  “New Together” works to build empathy for the displaced in honor of World Refugee Day. “Dress” is his first foray into short film.
